· Manage reception function and incoming calls from main line

· Responsible for day-to-day admin support functions

· Supports office and employee activities

· Oversees office cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements

· Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in any discipline


· Proficient in MS Office Applications


· Ability to multi-task


· Must be independent, have initiative and a sense of responsibility


· A team player with good attitude


· Singaporean Citizens / Permanent Residents only
