Vonce began her career in the beauty and fashion industries working for the Estee Lauder brand as a beauty advisor back in 1998 and subsequently, being headhunted to join another beauty company as a Retail Supervisor cum Trainer for 3 years before she moved on to become a Retail Manager Trainer for Avon Cosmetics Ltd for the next 3 years. She had also had the opportunity to hone her image styling skills when she worked as a Senior Stylist with the FJ Benjamin Group just before she moved back to the beauty industry to take up the role of a Trainer & Examiner with Kimarie Esthetics & Make-up Pte Ltd.

With Vonce's experience, she is now a beauty & fashion veteran sharing her experience overseas in China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea and Myanmar. Besides designing training curriculum, she keeps herself up-to-date at all times with the latest skills & technologies with USP and assess learners for competency. Her on-going business development for both individuals and organisations development include hospitality industries for professionals' self-efficacy enhancement with regular training for their staffs making sure they meet the international stars' services and quality standard.
